Hi there, I was in Puller Rd in Boxmoor yesterday and saw a cat that looked very much like Ginger as we particularly noticed its ginger tail. It was on a wall outside a house about six houses up (walking up from St Johns Rd) on the right hand side. We have a cat and my daughters wanted to stop and strike the cat but it walked off along the wall or fence. I hope this might be some help for you.

I just took him down to Barton Lodge to check if he is chipped. 100% its him as vet confirmed his name. They have tried to contact you but went to voicemail. Barton L has my contact details so please get in touch. He is well and been fed by lots of neighbours. Hope to hear from you soon!
