Circumstances:	He's just hanging around our house constantly? Day and night from what I can tell.
Other info:	They are extremely friendly. Wanting to come in our house. And they are constantly meowing oitside. They are really happy bring petted. But until yesterday we'd never seen this cat. Now they seem to think they live here?
