haven’t seen your cat but it appears a swathe of cats has gone missing in the Hoddesdon area I just wondered if there was a connection between them all. I know this won’t help but if they have all disappeared in strange circumstances ie on the same day then you and those whose cats are involved should report it to the police. Our cat went missing in early January and we got to end of January and we were about to out all of his stuff in the shed. I get a phone from the local college to say we think we have your cat. Luckily it was our cat. Have you checked with all the local schools near to you as well letting the dog pound know with Broxbourne council. They have a pet chip scanner incase a cat comes in dead or alive so they can call the local resident. Also if he has been stolen you need to make it loud and clear he is neutered and that will put the cat farms off of him asap. We believe someone took him or he got into someone’s car or van and whoever dumped him at the college. He also went missing last summer for a day. When we raised it on our local Facebook page for residents he literally turned up straight away. His claws were blunt and the fur was also brushed away. Cats have this problem of going into a shed or someone’s car and the door is locked and they are there all day and try to get out without the owner of the property knowing that they had a cat on their property. Easily done. If you go a local residents Facebook or any mead in page advertise there. Also another place to look at is on an app called Nextdoor. Post the lost image in their becareful not to reveal where you live and any personal details. It’s just for safety because people can see sort of whereabouts you live. Hope this makes sense. Kind regards D

Thanks for your reply. I have information about a man who stole some cats close to where she went missing. He saw me putting posters up and acted very strangely. I contacted the police and they weren’t interested. He won’t answer the door to me, so I don’t know what to do

Hi I can’t reply to you but I hope you find her soon. Apologies I misgendered your Cat. Even a spayed cat is of no use to the cat farms. Also there are a few cat charities in our area. One is in Lea valley park and one is in ware I think. Sending you best wishes and I hope you find her soon. Regards D ps put a small can of tuna out as cats can resist tuna. Must be spring water drained. It might tease her back or the whole neighbourhood. Pets reunited is good at telling you where to look. Best of luck.
