Circumstances:	Jasper had recently moved to a new home. The cat flap was fixed to allow another cat living at the property to enter from outside but not to allow Jasper to go out. However we believe that Jasper must have flicked the cat flap up and gone out as he was seen in the garden of a neighbour at around 11am on Sunday.
