Circumstances:	I was walking behind someone and he pointed at the cat. It had a bag of treats, some water and some milk and a halloween blanket it was sleeping on. We called the RSPCA who advised to keep it until the morning. I will be taking it to a shelter on Thursday (26th) and will update where I have taken it
