Circumstances:	I was walking down the street and saw he was eating something on the floor. I waited for about 15 minutes asking the people who were passing if it was their dog but all said no
Other info:	He was found on the street. has very long untrimmed nails

We brought him to the vet and they read his microchip. They contacted the owner who came to pick him up
