Circumstances:	I first met this cat 18 months ago and she was wearing a collar then. Back in October, I saw her again, with no collar and a slightly bleeding eye, going through the bins. And I kept seeing her around. But for the last week, she's been hanging around my place and sleeping in my flat - and she no longer has a collar. And she does not want to leave. Her eye is very watery, she looked bloated and dirty.
