A lovely lady called Katy contacted me this morning and contacted the perpetrators picked up louie and brought him home to me and my family . Thank you all for your help . especially Katy and partner . please be aware people are not allowed to attack you and take your dog even if he is little . you report them . happy happy louie has chicken dinner ready tonight Thank you all . Our dogs are like are children hope the law changes at some point .
