Circumstances:	Walked out of the back garden into the main road, was picked up by the man on the scouter and put on the grass verge by the road or taken by him. Someone else said that it was picked by the builder with a white van. Tommy is old and possibly blind, needs special care.
Other info:	Size of the medium bowl, mix brown colour, small chip on his shell
