Markings:	i) white stripe down centre of face, and; ii) white stripe down centre of back of his neck
Circumstances:	Stolen by bi-racial couple (with toddler) who reside at the top floor flat of 140-142 Netley Road.
Other info:	Small lump behind right front leg/thoracic joint

After being featured in the Ilford Recorder, the person who purchased Frank did the selfless act of taking him to a vets to be scanned and returned to me. God bless xx
