Circumstances:	Jumped out of my bedroom window while I was at work. He’s never been out before due to having a brain injury and lost sight in 1 eye. He stopped growing when he had the brain injury he’s 2 on July the 4th but the same size as a kitten
Other info:	Very small blind in 1 eye has brain damage
