Circumstances:	This cat has been coming round on a evening and crying. It sits in the carpark of flat no's 32-45. I saw the poster in the vets this morning. It looks very much like this cat. It is not far from where it was last seen

I made enquiries around the estate and was told that it is a visiting cat and belongs to one of the residents parents.
