Sex: Neutered Male
Collar: No
Microchipped: Yes
Markings: a few white hairs on chest
Circumstances: Packet is not well, possibly with vestibular disease. So he was already frightened, unusually cautious, and a bit unsteady - with seemingly sore back legs. We were taking him to the vet in a taxi when he managed to break out of the basket and run away.
Other info: not well at the moment. We were on then way to the vet when he escaped and ran off in finsbury park

As you were on a car I guess you aren’t living around the area you lost him? Not sure how much it works but scatter his litter (if you have used one) around the area it any help him to find his own smell to attract him.

I went back to the place of disappearance and walked round and round calling his name and banging his feeding bowls together. eventually he responded and called back
