I think your dog is listed found on the website https://www.petslocated.com/pet-full-info-popup.inc.php?pid=674ef6e9089c0347c5da70a42d1ee481 Petslocated but says no chip found so whoever scanned might have missed the chip. Sadly the only way to contact the finder is via the website so you have to join it by adding your lost dog. I will see if I can find him on Doglost as sometimes people multiple post but do check that link.
