IF this has not been already resolved then I might have some possibe info to work on. I know there was a cat identical to this one also called Coco that's family lived on the corner of Grant Street and I think Edith street near jarrow metro station if I remember correctly. It followed me half way home about a year back or so I was very lucky in getting ahold of the owner then via a number on the coller at that time.
