Circumstances:	Two kids approached me and asked if it was my dog. It was walking up and down the pavement sniffing and peeing on every tree. Seemed quite nervous. Looked like it was searching for its owner.
Other info:	Looked like a black pit bull. Was sniffing and marking each tree, i think looking for its owner
