A lot of cats go walkabout when their owner is away. Hopefully he hasn’t gone far. As he is not chipped is best to email all the local vets and rescues yourself. You can report to Battersea here https://www.battersea.org.uk/pet-advice/lost-and-found-cat-advice/lost-cat If you go out later at night and very early morning and rattle some biscuits and if you call him keep your voice light and playful not scared or panicked. Join NextDoor website and you can reach your nearby neighbours that way. Also check Petslocated it’s the website the RSPCA use but they are under resources now. Blue Cross Victoria check with them. Mayhew Animal home. Your local council, a grim task but as not chipped you need to ask them. Sorry. Posters are going to help too get as many up as you can and try and speak to people to get them to check basements and sheds etc and any building works too. Good luck
