Hi, I am the owner of Tulip (the other cat lost in Yarnton recently). I have also seen your poster in the Petrol Station on the A44. I delivered a lot of flyers on Friday regardign my missing cat. While I was doing this I spoke to a two separate people who told me about two different cats they had seen that had been hit by cars. One was on the A44 near the roundabout to Yarnton garden centre near the beginning of the month (I think this was mine as she was described as small and with more white than my photo which she has as she had a completely white belly) and the other was a 2-3 weeks ago near the park in Yarnton. Apparently the council has to remove dead animals within 4 hrs of notification, but they do scan for chips and notify the owner if they find one. Unfortunately my cat wasn't chipped but yours was so you should have been notified. I'm very sorry for both of us and I had been looking out for your cat too as have been searching every day for over three weeks. I'm going to carry on keeping an eye out and going for walks,Justin
