Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	he has a cut in his left ear, black spots on his gums also has gingivitis so they will be red raw now due to no medication
Circumstances:	He went out after my mum let him out as normal. He didn't eat his breakfast that morning which was unusual. But then he vanished and no ones seen him since

Found after missing for 14 weeks, he's getting better but needed a vets visit for fluids and some rest but making progress each day
