Circumstances:	She was let outside but never came home. She’s never out this long and has a medical condition where she has seizures and takes medication for it

Phoebe just appeared out of nowhere at our garage door. She has lost a lot of weight and is very very hungry. She seems ok otherwise but will have the vet check her over.
