Circumstances:	Whilst this is today I have seen the cat over a number of weeks and been feeding it and trying to encourage it to relax and come in - it is getting on with my own cats but is not aggressive.
Other info:	This cat started appearing around my house circa February. It has been coming in regularly at all times of day and night and sleeping sometimes in my living room. It did have a red collar with a disc on it which had a paw print on one side but I didn't get close enough to read the other side for a name or number before he lost it. I was unsure if he was lost but a new collar has not appeared over the last couple of weeks so I believe he is lost. He is curious but timid and loves cat nip (we discovered!), he seems rather young I think (my cats are 4 and 2) but is gradually getting less concerned about eating in the kitchen when we are in there, as long as we don't look at him too much.

I'm glad to say he now has a new red collar and bell (which I'm relieved about because he has an eye infection)
