Circumstances:	He comes to our house most days, seems to like to roam at night and sleep all day.
Other info:	purrs a lot, has quite a low meow. Has fish breath so is likely missing teeth.

our neighbor found the owner, we are all now helping out and feeding the poor thing when he visits.
