Markings:	The parrot is mostly green but has a grey chest, a red bill and a black patch under his chin
Circumstances:	Unfortunately, I don't know where the parrot is now. He was sitting at the top of the tree. He seemed to be quite content and was eating seeds from the tree and hopping around. I've checked the local facebook page and there is a report of the parrot from 28th October, so he seems to be doing alright and not traveling far.
