Markings:	All 4 paws and legs are white. White whiskers and yellow eyes
Circumstances:	The cat has been staying on a roof area at the back of our house. He won’t deviate from there and is nervous. I think he’s possibly being bullied by other local cats. The cat seems healthy and not too skinny considering but it’s filthy. He will eat the foot I put out for him.
