Circumstances:	Found wandering on junction of Woolton road / queens drive at rush hour. He casually walked across the road to me where I managed to grab him. I looked about for an owner but no look so took him to vets 4 pets in penny lane who now have him. They called the chip number but it was registered in lytham and no one answered the phone
