Circumstances:	Jaffey never leaves the garden, he is frightened of load noises. I had been repairing the fence the day before.
Other info:	Poor coordination, can’t jump higher than the sofa. He has neurological problems, walks with his head down. He also has epilepsy.

Found in the next road collapsed and found by the home owner, who called the RSPCA.
