Hi. We have tried contacting the phone number on here and the phone number available on the flyer that was out through our door but we have seen Jasper at the top of Jessel Green, under parked cars, opposite the children’s playground. We saw him around 21:45 this evening. He then went and walked towards the bushes adjacent to the park. He is looking a bit scruffy but well. We are almost 100% certain it was him but did not want to get too close as we have a dog and did not want to spook him.
