Markings:	Was shaved on back above his tail 3 weeks ago. Has split on left ear.
Circumstances:	Taken for a walk in Broadstrood Forest, part of Epping Forest and got off harness.

Billy was found in someone's garage close to where he was lost. Person called number on Poster I had displayed on Lamppost in the area.
