Circumstances:	nearly run out in road in front my friends car, came to me to be scanned, rang petlog who trying to get hold of owners(number disconnected or engaged), registered to someone in mablethorpe but petlog couldn't give anymore details, benji is safe n well..dog warden to be contacted in morning
Other info:	found wandering around theddlethorpe roads in middle of night(nearly ran over him), podgy boy, very friendly and came to call.. scanned and petlog trying to contact owners
