Markings:	Hugo is a tuxedo cat, he also has a half moustache
Circumstances:	Hugo is scared of basically everything. The doorbell went which spooked him and he ran out when the door was open. He is a house cat and never goes out.

I found him walking around in cornbury crescent a little after 0100am. His fur is a little matted but apart from that, he is fine.
