Circumstances: Saw the cat outside playing with a cat toy I left for a neighbours cat, have seen it many times before always with dirty paws.
Other info: This lovely pretty looking cat is a very small longhaired cat, Im reporting him as found as his white bits are dirty which is unusual for a cat. He doesnt look skinny but Im not convinced his coat is a coat thats of an indoor cat who is looked after but I may be wrong as some cats dont like being groomed.

The cat was trapped and advertised for 7 days. No chip and no owner so cat is now with a fosterer and has been chipped and neutered and also had a nice brush!
