Collar:	Was wearing a blue collar with bell
Microchipped:	No
Markings:	Mostly brown and black with tabby stripes with white patch under chin and belly. White paws. His face has lighter brown patches with a small white patch around his mouth
Circumstances:	Leg was stuck in his old blue collar. He had two abscess on his right side. Vets have treated him and confirmed no microchip but has been neutered.
