Circumstances:	This cat was very hungry. He/she was scavenging for food on the floor. I have never seen this cat in the area. He/she seemed very nervous, but I feel that was not the cats nature and was due to circumstances

If you see the cat again maybe the cat will let you put a paper collar on asking owner to call you or take the cat to a vet for a scan. Difficult if not easy to catch. Thanks for posting
