Markings:	He has a distinct red collar and a white tip on his tail with white socks too on all 4 feet
Circumstances:	i left the back door open and Roo just went outside and I don't have a reason why he decided he went off
Other info:	Roo is a shy individual who gets spooked by loud bangs but is very gentle in nature
