Markings:	Black smudge under his chin
Circumstances:	He didn’t come for his dinner, he has a gps on his collar, I checked it late at night and the gps had jumped to quite a far location. When I went to go collect him, I found his collar with the gps on but no Eli at this location.
Other info:	Tuxedo cat, with white socks, underbelly and nose.
