Health:	Healthy
Age:	14 years old
Sex:	Neutered Male
Collar:	No
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	One white whisker on 1 or both sides of face. Small cluster of white hairs on throat/chest. Chipped top incisor. Small scar on lip.
Circumstances:	Ate his dinner as usual. Left to wander for the evening but has not been seen since. That evening there was a camping event in the pub garden opposite from our house but we are unsure if it is related to his disappearence. He usually returns for all his meals and enjoys spending time with his family and sleeping on his beds. Sid appeared mostly healthy, although he had seemed more run down than usual since receiving his booster shot from the vet's 2 weeks prior. He also has a history of urinary issues, for which he is on a veterinary diet.
Other info:	Ate his dinner as usual on evening of 02/10/21. Left to wander as usual but has not returned since. He is a creature of habit and usually returns for all his meals and enjoys being around his family. A thorough search of his known areas, as well as the wider area, has been done to no avail.
