Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Has a scratch on the tip of his ear from fighting which has a scab on at the moment
Circumstances:	Billy went out like normal to do his toilet business and normally comes back within half an hour in the cold weather but occasionally stays out over night but is back first thing in the morning, but hasn’t come home.
