Circumstances:	Kept sneaking in for food, not 100% sure when he started doing this.
Other info:	Cannot feel a chip, very friendly, young cat. Been hanging around for a few days looking for food, has now more or less moved in.

Took him to the vets; not chipped. Spoke to BARKS and they would not take him. After 4 months we chipped and neutered him.
