Circumstances:	Does anyone recognise this cat I’ve been to scan him today very friendly he has no microchip and he’s un-neutered’, he’s been coming to a ladies house since June.. near Napier Street OL8 .. I’ve put a collar on him and tag hopefully an owner will contact me... if no owner found I will find a rescue space. Thank you x
