Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Slightly deformed front right paw.
Circumstances:	Not been herself for a couple if days, refusing food one minute, eating loads the next, always been very small and light but appeared to be losing weight.
Other info:	Dodgy eyes, get very clogged up.
