Dear Woodstockbitten, is the cat completely black or rather dark brown. We miss our cat for quite a while. She appears quite dark from the distance but is a darl brown tortie with some creamy underfur.Thank you, The Kinghans

To the Kinghams: I haven't actually seen the cat; it was reported to me as a black cat. If you're in the Rose Hill area, it may be worth calling in the Annesley Road area. Once I get a chance to see the cat (and hopefully scan it) I can say more, but that won't be for a day or two yet. Best of luck! Kind regards, Katherine Morris (Lost and Found Coordinator, Oxford and District Cats Protection)

I was able to trap and scan this cat over the weekend -- I'm very glad to say that she was chipped and has now been returned to her owner. Katherine (Lost and Found Coordinator, Oxford and District Cats Protection)

See comment: we trapped and scanned the cat, she was chipped, and went back to her owner.
