Markings:	White on nose which is higher on left side of nose. White paws and socks.
Circumstances:	Cat came to back door, hungry and cold.
Other info:	Appeared on 22 Jan 24 at 1.30pm hungry and wanting to come in. We fed it and it ran off.

Tibbs is a roaming cat, often begging at other people's houses. His owner didn't want him listed as lost.
