Are you able to take the kitty to the vet to get it scanned to see if theres a microchip? Can you feed it? Also advertise on pets lost and found in Oxfordshire (Plafio) on Facebook. Finally what colour are the cats eyes?

Hi Marina, this is the second time I've seen the cat. The first time I couldn't get close enough to catch him but today he let me stroke him! So I will come back with a cat basket and try. There are bowls, so people have been feeding him, he even has a cardboard box with a cat bed in it. His eyes are green
