Markings:	Black cat with dark brown spots on his/her back and on tail.
Other info:	I keep seeing this black cat around for a few days. His/her tongue is out for all times, has eye discharge on his/her left eye and it doesn't look in good health. It seems to be away from home for awhile. I tried to approach but couldn't succeed. I left wet food outside just in case and will try to take a photo.

Photo's added. But a neighbour told me that it might be another neighbour's cat. Because of his/her condition, he/she seemed stray to me.
