Hi, we saw this exactly the same cat today sitting outside Oxford City College i even have a picture that i can show

I live in this area and we've seen this cat a few times this month too. I see there's another listing from later in June (https://www.petsreunited.com/%2foxford%2foxfordshire%2ffound%2fcats%2ffound-cat%2fmhdu8vjh) - so has the owner been identified in the end? The last time we saw this cat was yesterday.
