The following may help... Put her used litter tray/favourite bed/toy (&/or contents of your vacuum) outside, they can smell it for miles & help them find their way home - your dirty laundry on the line - the smellier the socks the better!! Go out looking late at night & early morning - your voices (& theirs) will travel further. Knock on neighbours doors & ask them to let you look in garages/sheds as they'll be scared & may hide from the stranger but cry out to you. Also, where are their safe places - where they go in your house? Use those to help you think like that, do they hide in dark & low or up high? She had been spotted a couple of times in the neighbourhood the day before she returned so we tired putting out her favourite food and kept other cats out of the garden and she eventually got brave enough to make a dash for the cat flap. She is unharmed but a very hungry and somewhat agitated.
