I have just driven past a deceased, large black and white cat on the Northern Bypass which at some point has been sadly knocked over. It is on the grass verge just before or after the Marston turn if you are driving towards Green Road. I have reported it to the council;hopefully it's not Zorro.

Hi! Do you know who I should contact at the council to find our if it is him? Or do you know if they scan for chips?

I am really sorry but I am not sure what they do, I just filled in an online form on the website:https://www.oxford.gov.uk/info/20060/street_cleaning/172/request_the_removal_of_dead_animals I am sorry but if you think there may be a chance it's your cat, you could drive down the road? Sorry again not to be much help.
