Sex:	Neutered Male

Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	He is black and white. Mostly white, with some black spots on the sides, and his back and tail are black. He also has black spots around his eyes, as if he was wearing a mask.
Circumstances:	Not really sure. He goes out whenever he wants, but he stays out 2-3 hours max. He has never been missing for so long.
Other info:	Green eyes.
