Hello, I'm not sure if i just saw your cat but I was pulling into Storage King and a cat ran passed my car that looked like it MIGHT have been ginger and white but it was hard to tell as it is dark. The location is the Storage King car park at Bobby Fryer Cl, Garsington Rd, Cowley, Oxford OX4 6ZN. I found it strange that a cat would be in here as there aren't any houses nearby. I have tried looking for him but no luck. I hope you find your cat!
