Location:	PORT MEADOW, WOLVERCOTE, OXFORD
Health:	Healthy
Age:	9 years old
Sex:	Male
Collar:	No
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	CHOCOLATE BROWN DOG, CARAMEL EYEBROWS, MUZZLE AND LEGS. WHITE FLASH ON CHEST
Circumstances:	Being walked on Port Meadow, Wolvercote, Oxford. This was the village side of the meadow and not the Perch Public house side.

Oscar's owner was out looking for him until midnight last night - and again at 6am this morning when luckily Oscar appeared! All is well after a very cold night on Port Meadow!
